Sales Representative

Citizen Café is Tel Aviv's only urban cultural language school offering a new way of teaching Hebrew, Israeli culture, and the local mindset needed to succeed at work, socially and in one's personal life. ​

Citizen Café is looking for sales representatives to manage the sales cycle of the company from lead to closure.​ 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of sales processes, our method and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage. ​

 

This person will also be an ambassador for Citizen Café, focusing on providing the best and most accurate representation of the school and ensuring prospective students feel welcomed. You'll be their go-to person to for any questions regarding the school (or the passion-fueled team behind it!).

 

Responsibilities​:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for potential students in their enrollment process.

  • Managing sales meetings and calls with potential customers to identify their potential needs

  • Meet, assess, and allocate the best program for each potential student

  • Moving leads through the marketing funnel, arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls

  • Maintaining contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships​

  • Meeting enrollment goals

Requirements​:

  • Sales master with a “go get it” mentality

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, team-working, and customer service skills

  • Good time management and analytical skills.

  • At least 1 year proven experience in sales 

  • English mother tongue level (additional languages a bonus)

  • High level of Hebrew 

This role can be a full time position, flexible hours.
